Who can read them, by name
Not “a parent or guardian may have access”. The person’s name, the relationship recorded for them, and the date consent was recorded.
- Named, so there is nothing to wonder about
- The date consent was recorded, with the month spelled out rather than numbered
- Shown whether or not anybody currently holds access, because “nobody does” is information too
- On the young person’s own screen, reachable without asking an adult for it
